October 9 - Gathering Day in Clinton
The pre-event shuttle will begin loading at 11 a.m. and leaves Augusta City Park to Clinton at 12:30 p.m.
2-8 p.m. - Check-in and packet pickup at Clinton Fairgrounds, adjacent to the Katy Trailhead.
Parking at Clinton Fairgrounds and Augusta City Park is free. You will be provided a parking placard to place in your car for the week.
October 10th - First Ride Day / Overnight Sedalia, MO
October 11th - Overnight Boonville, MO
October 12th - Overnight Jefferson City, MO
October 13th - Overnight Hermann, MO
October 14th - Departure Day in Augusta
3 p.m. - Post-Event Shuttle Departs from Augusta City Park to Clinton Fairgrounds.
The ride itself officially ends at 5 p.m. for people who did not purchase an extra day.
Overnight camp in Augusta, MO for an extra day or cycle to St. Charles to stay in a hotel.
October 15th - Departure Day for extra day riders
3 p.m. - Final Shuttle Departs from Augusta City Park to Clinton Fairgrounds.
Participants are encouraged to take the pace that suits them best before, during, and after each day's ride.
Each Morning: Campers: drop off your luggage to the transport truck by 8 a.m.
During The Ride: The route does not have an absolute open or close time, depart when you wish but please understand course marking and SAG support will be offered between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
After The Ride: On a typical basis, your baggage will be ready for you when you arrive at the overnight town campground. By the time you have your tent up and arranged, showers will be ready for you.
Music: Entertainment will begin with live music starting around 6 p.m. We are still finalizing specific times and locations for this year, but check the band schedule to see a full list.
