Daily Schedule

Participants are encouraged to take the pace that suits them best before, during, and after each day's ride. 
 
Each Morning: Campers:  drop off your luggage to the transport truck by 8 a.m.

During The Ride: The route does not have an absolute open or close time, depart when you wish but please understand course marking and SAG support will be offered between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

After The Ride: On a typical basis, your baggage will be ready for you when you arrive at the overnight town campground. By the time you have your tent up and arranged, showers will be ready for you.

Music: Entertainment will begin with live music starting around 6 p.m each night!


June 2 / Oct 6 - Gathering Day in Clinton

  • The pre-event shuttle meets at the Lewis & Clark Boathouse Parking Lot in St. Charles and will begin loading at 11am.  We use Box Trucks to transport the bikes standing up with packing blankets between them.  Transport is via Mid-American Motor Coach.  Luggage goes under the bus.  Transport leaves St. Charles at 12:30pm and arrives in Clinton about 4:30pm.  Parking Passes and an entry ticket to tour the Lewis & Clark Boathouse is included in your Ride Admission.

  • Campground: Henry County Fairgrounds, across from Katy Trail Head - 801-999 E Sedalia Ave, Clinton, MO 64735.

  • 2-8 p.m. - Check-in & Swag Bag Pickup at the Benson Center, adjacent to the Campground.

  • Food Truck in Camp: Atomic Hog BBQ

  • Showers, Pork belly Tent and Phat-Room Service available. 

  • Indoor Orientation Session at 6 pm followed by music and beverages. Music Act: TBD

June 3 / Oct 7: Ride 38 Miles from Clinton to Sedalia

  • Breakfast Food Truck in Camp: Sweet Treats

  • Official Water Stop: Windsor sponsored by the Windsor Chamber & Kim's Cabins

  • Lunch Stop - Green Ridge Location TBD

  • Overnight Camp at Liberty Park.

  • Complimentary Shuttle to Downtown restaurants

  • After-Ride Hangout: 6-8pm at the Historic Hotel Bothwell.  Rocket Rick & his Imaginary Band will be playing smooth Jazz in the lounge.  The Ivory Grill will be open with dinner specials and the Hotel bar will be open.  All riders get a free drink! June 5/Oct 9

June 4 / Oct 8: Ride 35 Miles from Sedalia to Boonville

  • Breakfast Food Truck in Camp: Sweet Treats

  • Official Water Stop: Clifton City sponsored by Missouri Life Magazine

  • Lunch Stop - Katarina's in Pilot Grove

  • Overnight Camp at Kemper Park Fields

  • After-Ride Hangout: 6-8pm at Maggie's in Downtown Boonville.  Nightly dinner specials and all riders get a free drink!  Music act TBD

 June 5 / Oct 9: Ride 49 Miles from Boonville to Jefferson City

  • Breakfast at Derailled Coffee at the Trailhead or Main Street Diner Downtown.

  • Enroute Breakfast: Meriwether Cafe in Rocheport (15 miles from Camp)

  • Lunch Stop - Coopers Landing Easley - Food Truck TBD

  • Official Water Stop: Hartsburg - Sponsored by Crossroads Bike Tours

  • Overnight Camp at Quigg Commons

June 6 / Oct 10: Ride 43 Miles from Jefferson City to Hermann

  • Water Stop Community Engagement: Happy Trails Katy-ring bake sale fundraiser 

  • Lunch Stop - Houlthausers - Portland

  • Overnight Camp at Riverfront Park

June 7 / Oct 11 - Ride 34 Miles Hermann to Augusta

  • Breakfast: Multiple spots in Downtown Hermann

  • Official Water Stop: Peers General Store - Sponsored by Magnificent Missouri

  • Lunch Stop - Rowdy Rooster - Marthasville

  • Overnight Camp at Augusta Ball Fields

June 8 / Oct 12 - Ride 27  Miles Augusta to St. Charles and Depart

  • Breakfast: In Camp

  • Official Water & Lunch Stop: Bike Stop Cafe - St. Charles

  • The ride itself officially ends at 3 p.m. 

  • You can easily ride from St. Charles to Machens and back before the shuttle leaves if you want to complete the entire Katy Trail. 

  • Post-Event Shuttle Departs from St. Charles at 3pm and take you back to Clinton Fairground
